Contemporary Greek Art in Times of Crisis

Bozar Expo welcomes at the moment and until the 3th of August, 32 Greeks artists who expose their artworks around the theme of the economic crisis that currently hit Greece. Through this exhibition, the artists point the negative aspects but also the opportunities caused by this crisis. Putting aside the numbers and the budget deficit, what is emphasized are the human and social dimension.

The exhibition’s design, imagined by Danae Giamalaki, is in the form of a labyrinth of which the purpose is to disorientate the public and make them go round and round in circles, just like the crisis.
